We are seeking an experienced NV1 Exchange Support Engineer to provides secure, reliable and customer-focused operational support for the Client’s Microsoft Exchange and messaging environment.
The role is responsible for maintaining Microsoft Exchange services, resolving complex incidents, implementing approved changes and supporting the availability, performance and security of critical communication platforms.
The engineer will work within Fujitsu service management and customer governance frameworks and collaborate closely with infrastructure, identity, security, network, endpoint and service desk teams.
