Job summary

MSS Security Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Events Security Manager to join our Operations team in Australia. You will lead planning and coordination of major events, ensuring staffing, logistics and subcontractor compliance across a portfolio of sites.

You will manage client relationships, monitor KPIs and provide cover for the Events Team Senior Manager as needed. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and extended event hours, with full Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in events management, including crowd control planning and client liaison.
• Experience in managing staff and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; able to multitask in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of major events, including bump in/out and subcontractor compliance.
• Support rostering function of Service Delivery Coordinators to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Coordinate operational logistics including vehicles, uniforms, assets, equipment, and radios.
• Manage client relationships and respond to queries or complaints.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, operational performance, and event outcomes.
• Assist with operational problem-solving and cover for the Events Team Senior Manager as required.
