Job summary

ICC Sydney is seeking a passionate and experienced Event Delivery Supervisor to join our world-class team. Stationed at The Cutaway, you will lead event operations from bump in to bump out across ICC Sydney venues, delivering outstanding service for large-scale events.

You will manage a diverse team, oversee F&B delivery, logistics, safety and guest experience, building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless event delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years industry experience including two years in a senior supervisory role (desirable).
• Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation.
• Forklift Licence (desirable).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large operational teams.
• Working knowledge of WH&S legislation, risk assessment practices, food safety standards and NSW liquor laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to work in a team or autonomously with minimal direction.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• You must be 18 years or over.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver event operations, including food and beverage service, venue readiness, logistics and loading dock activities, ensuring seamless event delivery and compliance with ICC Sydney policies, procedures and service standards.
• Act as the key point of contact and escalation for clients and stakeholders during event tenancy, ensuring all service requests, operational needs, and issues are resolved efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a large, diverse team across event operations and food & beverage services, fostering a high-performance culture focused on service excellence and accountability.
• Oversee coordination with internal departments including logistics, technical services, and hospitality to ensure seamless, end-to-end event delivery.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing and maintaining best-in-class standards in client service and guest experience, reinforcing ICC Sydney’s reputation as a premium event destination.
