Qualifications

• 7+ years in Desktop Engineering, EUC, or Endpoint Management in large enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, encryption, and device governance.
• Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and support enterprise endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, mobile, and virtual desktop environments.
• Manage and optimise Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and modern workplace platforms.
• Implement endpoint security controls, compliance policies, and device management standards.
• Automate deployments and operational processes using PowerShell.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and act as a senior escalation point for complex issues.
• Collaborate with technology teams to deliver secure and seamless user experiences.
• Review technical work, mentor team members, and uphold engineering standards.
• Drive continuous improvement across EUC processes, documentation, and platform capabilities.
