Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in an EUC role.
• Experience with application packaging and deployment.
• Strong understanding of patch management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sustainment of EUC platform services.
• Act as a primary escalation point for incidents.
• Maintain and enhance Standard Operating Environment images.

Skills

EUC, Desktop Engineering or Systems Administration experience

Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops

SCCM, Tanium or similar platforms

Active Directory

Windows 10/11

Education

ITIL V3/4 Foundation Certification
