Prefab1 is seeking an Experienced Estimator to drive bid opportunities across residential and commercial construction in Melbourne. You will own the estimating and tendering process, coordinating pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to deliver competitively priced submissions.

You will build relationships with clients and delivery teams, maintain estimating databases, and ensure accurate handovers of successful tenders while supporting project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction estimating.
• Experience across residential and/or commercial construction.
• Experience preparing estimates and managing tenders.

• Identify, source and follow up bid leads and new project opportunities across residential and commercial construction.
• Review tender invitations, drawings and specs to determine scope, requirements and viability.
• Manage tenders from opportunity through pricing, submission and follow-up.
