Job summary

Brunel, a well-established builder in South East Queensland, seeks a commercially minded Senior Estimator to own the estimating function for residential and commercial projects from pre-construction through to construction.

You will prepare detailed estimates, manage budgets, source pricing, and drive procurement processes within a collaborative team. This Brisbane-based role offers a pathway for long-term growth and influence over estimating systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Estimator within residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials and pricing.
• Experience using estimating software such as Solo Assist, Databuild or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities
