Job summary

Randstad Pty is seeking an experienced Intermediate/Senior Estimator to join the Estimating team in Sydney, NSW. You will price diverse projects from $500k up to $50 million AUD, and work autonomously yet collaboratively with fellow estimators to win work.

Ideal candidates will have 5 years of estimating experience with Australian builders, plus a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field. Strong negotiation and tendering skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of estimating experience with Australian builders
• Strong tendering and pricing capabilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of construction methods and tender submission standards

Responsibilities

• Prepare and write tender methodologies.
• Coordinate trades and BOM/BOQ preparation.
• Price projects from $500k to $50 million AUD.
• Present and hand over tender strategy to stakeholders.
