Qualifications

• 2/3 years working experience estimating for a recognised builder in Australia.
• Track record pricing projects valued over $2m.
• Good knowledge of local contractors and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Price projects from $500k to $30m AUD.
• Collaborate with Senior Estimator and estimators daily.
• Hand over tender strategy to relevant parties.
• Ensure tender submissions meet standards.
