Job summary

Fetch Recruitment Pty is seeking a Civil Estimator – Head of Estimating & Pre-Contracts based in Brisbane, QLD. You will head the estimating and pre-contracts function, owning tenders and shaping the department as the business grows, reporting directly to the Director.

You will lead the tender process end-to-end for subdivisions, roads and environmental civil projects, building budgets, programs and robust risk assessments while implementing scalable systems and teams to support growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership capability to head the estimating team and own tenders
• At least five years’ experience estimating subdivision projects with a proven win rate
• A Bachelor of Engineering
• Engineering and/or project management background
• Strong grasp of construction delivery, budgets and programs

About the Company

Our client is an established Brisbane civil contractor delivering subdivisions, roads and environmental civil projects. With the business growing, they’re creating a leadership position to head their estimating and pre-contracts function.

The Role

You’ll head the estimating and pre-contracts team, take ownership of tenders and build the department as the business grows. You’ll work directly with the Director, with a real opportunity to shape the department and build a team around you.

About You
