AMP is seeking a Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Platforms to lead the 2LoD risk and compliance function for the Platforms business. You will provide independent oversight, constructive challenge and practical guidance to senior leadership, supporting effective management of operational, compliance, strategic, change and emerging risks.

• Significant risk and compliance leadership in financial services.
• Experience with enterprise risk management and regulatory obligations.
• Ability to translate risk into actionable governance and improvements.
• Experience reporting to boards and governance forums.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 2LoD ERM for Platforms with a small team.
• Provide independent risk oversight across strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Oversee application of the Risk Management Framework, risk appetite and governance.
• Deliver clear risk insights to senior management, Boards and Committees.
• Oversee risk implications of major projects, outsourcing and changes.
