Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Employee Relations specialists and provide high level support and coaching to line managers, HR People Partners and senior leaders.
• Drive employee relations initiatives including policy framework, governance and compliance, complex case management and investigations.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the P&C ER team, fostering development and a culture of collaboration and service delivery.
