Austin Health in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead a team of ER specialists within the Workplace Relations unit. You will provide high level support, coaching and strategic guidance to line managers and senior leaders, driving policy governance, complex case management and investigations.

The role offers a full-time ongoing opportunity with a salary of $170k–$180k excluding superannuation, plus a comprehensive benefits package including salary packaging,

Competenze

• Extensive experience managing complex employee relations matters in large organisations.
• Experience leading a team of ER specialists.

Mansioni

• Manage a team of Employee Relations specialists and provide coaching and advice to line managers, HR People Partners and senior leaders.
• Drive employee relations initiatives such as policy framework, governance and compliance, complex case management and investigations, change management and consultation.
