Transport for NSW is seeking a senior Employee Relations leader to head a team in a heavily industrial environment, delivering strategic advice and guiding the ER function across the branch.

You will act as the intermediary between TfNSW and unions, representing the organisation at tribunals when required, and reporting to the Director Employee Relations. The role is permanent with hybrid work from Macquarie Park and requires strong drafting and influencing skills.

Qualificações

• Comprehensive understanding of industrial relations, legislative framework and employment law trends.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill complexity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of ER professionals in a heavily industrial environment.
• Provide strategic industrial advice and report to the Director Employee Relations.
• Guide and develop the ER team with hands-on support as needed.
• Act as intermediary between TfNSW and unions; manage multiple stakeholders.
