ExecThread in Greater Sydney (On-site) is seeking a Head of Employee and Industrial Relations to take on a national role as the organization's subject matter expert in ER and IR. The successful candidate will lead the national advisory service, setting the strategy and standards for managing workplace matters and partnering with operational leaders to provide practical and commercially sound advice.

Formación

• Tertiary qualifications in HR, industrial relations, law, or related discipline.
• Extensive senior experience in employee and industrial relations.
• Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, modern awards and enterprise agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the national advisory service for ER/IR and set strategy and standards for managing workplace matters.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide practical, commercially sound advice.
• Develop and own the national ER/IR strategy and guide the organization through legislative and regulatory changes.
• Oversee enterprise bargaining, union engagement and support negotiations.
• Build capability of operational leaders and People Partners.
