Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in environment related studies.
• Demonstrated project management skills including delivery, budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to plan and deliver concurrent environmental projects.
• Ability to communicate complex environmental issues across audiences.

Responsabilités

• Identify and support steps to meet environmental objectives as Synergy moves to sustainable energy generation.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met, including waste reduction, reuse and recycling strategies.
• Develop and implement asset closure plans, obtaining environmental approvals for works.
• Provide technical advice on closure and rehabilitation and prepare scopes of works and tender docs for studies.
• Oversee multiple concurrent work streams and prioritise to meet objectives within timeframes and budget.
• Preferred experience in environmental waste management and environmental engineering of asset closure projects.
