Job summary

NDIA is seeking an APS6 Environment and Release Manager to coordinate detailed projects that support the National Disability Insurance Scheme. You will work with testing and engineering teams to define the environment management plan and ensure release planning accounts for environment constraints.

You will manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate release content reviews and contribute to release readiness and governance activities across the program.

Responsibilities

• Support establishment and maintenance of Release Management processes with stakeholders including third party suppliers.
• Coordinate releases across multiple applications (Salesforce, MuleSoft, EDW, SAP, APIC, Environments, Data).
• Schedule, coordinate and manage releases, including projects and operating system patches, security upgrades and hardware updates.
• Develop and maintain Release schedule balancing dependencies, compliance and business priorities.
• Contribute to release management forums and regular reporting of release status.
