Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Senior Enterprise SCADA Technical Support Engineer to join our global team in Sydney. You will provide advanced technical support for AVEVA Enterprise SCADA (OASyS) deployments, working directly with customers, engineering, and project teams to resolve complex operational challenges.

Qualifications

Senior level SCADA technical support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V, and high-availability systems.
Experience with enterprise-scale SCADA environments and OT networks.

Responsibilities

Resolve complex SCADA software, system, and networking issues in enterprise environments.
Lead root cause analysis, replication, escalation, and resolution of critical incidents.
Support installations, upgrades, migrations, and system expansions.
Troubleshoot SCADA applications, HMI, alarms, historians, and communication infrastructure.
Collaborate with Product Dev and R&D to validate defects and improve quality.
Create knowledge content and troubleshooting guides.
Travel to client sites as required.
