Job summary

BlackLine is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to drive outbound activity across ANZ, engaging senior finance executives and supporting territory planning with Account Executives.

You will leverage a modern sales stack (Salesforce, Gong Engage, Orum, 6sense, LinkedIn Navigator) to qualify, nurture, and advance opportunities while maintaining strong CRM hygiene and research-driven outreach.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of outbound prospecting and engaging senior executives.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced GTM environment.
• Ability to research and translate signals into compelling outreach.
• Comfort with a modern sales tech stack and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with a professional tone.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound execution across a portfolio of enterprise accounts by phone, email, LinkedIn and campaigns.
• Engage senior leaders including CFOs, CIOs and heads of functions with value-driven outreach.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on territory planning and pipeline progression.
• Translate signals into timely outbound messaging based on market activity.
• Operate with Salesforce and other tools to support pipeline quality and forecasting.
