Job summary

HammondCare invites an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape our technology landscape, aligning investments with better care outcomes and operational efficiency. You will define architecture standards, roadmaps and governance across business, data, applications, cloud and security, partnering with senior leaders for scalable, secure solutions.

This 22-month maximum-term contract offers hybrid work across NSW/VIC/SA/WA locations and opportunities for professional growth in a not-for-profit,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in enterprise architecture or technology strategy leadership.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise architecture strategies and target-state architectures.
• Strong knowledge across business, application, data, integration, cloud, infrastructure and security domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, target-state architecture and roadmaps.
• Lead architecture planning across business, data, applications, integration, cloud and security.
• Establish and govern architecture standards, principles and reference architectures.
• Translate strategic objectives into technology capabilities and investment priorities.
• Provide architecture leadership and assurance across major transformations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce complexity and technical debt.
