Job summary

The NSW Early Learning Commission in Parramatta is seeking a Senior Enquiry Officer to deliver accurate, timely responses to complex enquiries from ECEC providers and stakeholders. You will support colleagues to maintain high-quality advice and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This temporary full-time role offers flexible work arrangements, office attendance three days per week, and a salary range of $102,936 to $113,579 plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate written, telephone and email responses
• Strong customer service approach in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interpret and apply complex policies and regulations

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for ECEC service providers and stakeholders
• Provide accurate and timely responses to a range of enquiries via written, phone and email
• Support other Enquiries Officers to ensure consistent high‑quality advice and service
• Manage sensitive matters with accuracy and sound judgment
