Job summary

Clough, part of the Webuild group in Australia, seeks a senior engineering and design leader to manage Clough's Buildings portfolio from precontracts through delivery. You will coordinate architecture, structures, MEP and specialist disciplines, ensuring buildable, compliant and commercially informed design outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering leadership across complex building projects.
• Experience in precontracts, design development, procurement and delivery.
• Proven ability to coordinate architecture, structures, MEP and specialist systems.
• Strong governance, risk management and commercial awareness.
• Excellent client and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical and design leadership across Clough's Buildings portfolio.
• Lead multidisciplinary design management and ensure design integration.
• Support full lifecycle from opportunity development to handover with focus on design intent.
• Lead bids and technical strategy, partner selection and design risk management.
• Establish governance, peer reviews and audit processes for compliant designs.
• Act as trusted interface with clients, authorities and partners.
