Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action VIC in Melbourne seeks an Engagement Manager to lead our First Peoples' Energy branch, directing a Project Officer and collaborating with the Policy team to deliver programs centring Aboriginal voices in Victoria's renewable energy transition.

Competenze

• Knowledge of Aboriginal culture and contemporary issues to deliver culturally informed government programs and services is required.
• Senior engagement specialist experience is highly desirable.
• Engagement-focused qualifications in science, law, economics, public policy, natural resources or environmental management or business management are desirable with an engagement focus.
• Ability to develop and implement policy and processes aligned to government statutory requirements and operations is desirable.
