UGL is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead the full construction delivery of major energy projects in Australia. The role focuses on site execution, safety, quality, schedule, and commercial performance, leveraging a strong electrical background gained from substations and power projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in major energy, utilities, transmission, substation, or industrial projects.
• Previous leadership roles such as Senior Construction Manager/Construction Manager/Superintendent.
• Strong electrical background with HV/LV project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction delivery from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, and productivity outcomes across all project disciplines.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site leadership teams.
• Coordinate construction activities with engineering, project management, and commissioning teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
