UGL - Projects - New Energy is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of major electrical infrastructure projects. You will oversee site execution, safety, quality, schedule, and commercial performance across multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a strong electrical background with experience delivering HV/LV substations, transmission, or industrial projects, and proven leadership of large contractor teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in major energy, utilities, transmission, substation, or industrial projects.
• Previous experience as a Senior Construction Manager, Construction Manager, Superintendent, or similar leadership role.
• Strong electrical background with experience delivering HV/LV infrastructure, substations, transmission, or power projects.

• Lead end-to-end construction delivery from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, and productivity outcomes across all project disciplines.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site leadership teams.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager / Construction Manager to lead the full construction delivery of major energy projects.
This role has overall responsibility for site execution, including safety, quality, schedule, commercial performance, and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary construction activities. While overseeing the complete construction scope, the successful candidate will bring a strong electrical background gained through the delivery of major substations, transmission, generation, utilities, or industrial projects.

Your Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end construction delivery from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.

Drive safety, quality, schedule, and productivity outcomes across all project disciplines.

Your Skills & Experience

Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary construction teams and contractors.
