Amazon Leo CT SW Team is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to design, implement, and deploy software for terrestrial devices in the Kuiper project. You will contribute across requirements, design, coding, testing, and deployment, collaborating with hardware, product and operations teams.

You will work in a highly collaborative environment, mentoring peers and leading design discussions while delivering reliable, real-time software for consumer electronics in a fast-paced space

Qualifications

5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

Develop embedded software for terrestrial devices within Amazon Leo system.
Participate in all phases of SDLC including requirements gathering, design, code, test, and code/test coverage.
Developing embedded software in assembly, C, C++, Rust or other languages.
Review schematics, logic analyzer, and embedded software trouble-shooting techniques.
