Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Infrastructure LLC is seeking an embedded software engineer to contribute across the full software lifecycle for satellite applications. You will develop in C/C++ within an RTOS, interface with hardware via I2C/SPI/RS-422/RS-485/Ethernet, and build drivers and flight management software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language (C/C++ or similar).

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded software in assembly, C, C++, or other languages in a real-time operating system environment.
• Write software to interact with devices/electronics using I2C, SPI, RS-422, RS-485, Ethernet, etc.
• Write device drivers and system applications for flight code and flight management.
• Work closely with hardware teams to support board bring-up and integration testing.
