Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Rust, and Golang.
• Experience owning mission-critical services and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated technical partner within a strategic customer’s engineering organization, operating as a trusted extension of their team.
• Design, build, and deploy production-ready code and configurations into customer infrastructure using the Cloudflare platform.
• Own the account’s technical success across the entire Cloudflare portfolio and advise on technical strategy.
• Participate in customer engineering rituals, including daily standups, design reviews, and incident response.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate the adoption of Cloudflare services across the customer tech stack.
• Surface real-world edge cases and product gaps to Cloudflare Product & Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
• Maintain on-site presence to foster deep collaboration and cultural alignment.
