Job summary

Volt Edge Pty is expanding its Melbourne training centre and seeks an experienced trainer and assessor to deliver high-standard Electrical Training. You will cover EEHA, HV, refrigeration and related programs, delivering practical sessions and theory assessment via our LMS.

The ideal candidate has deep electrical trade knowledge, a strong track record of compliant training, and willingness to broaden into other training areas. On-site parking and travel support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experienced trainer and assessor with depth in electrical trade.
• Demonstrated training and assessment experience in EEHA and HV.
• Ability to coach learners and deliver industry-focused training.
• Proven track record delivering to compliance standards without losing learner engagement.
• Clear communication and confident room presence.
• Willingness to expand into additional training areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry-focused training and assessment across centre.
• Facilitate practical sessions in real work environments.
• Assess theory via LMS and provide learner feedback.
• Coach learners to build technical skills and confidence.
• Adapt delivery to different learning styles while maintaining quality.
