Job summary

Phaseblue Pty Ltd in South Australia seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex electrical infrastructure, defence, industrial and major construction projects. You will drive safety, quality, commercial outcomes and client relationships across a diverse project portfolio.

You will mentor project managers, engineers and site supervisors, with a focus on staff development and business growth, in a values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Experience with Tier 1, defence, major infrastructure and industrial projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual management capability.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
• Solid knowledge of Australian Standards and WHS legislation

Our continued growth has created an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to help lead our next phase of expansion.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of electrical projects ranging from $2M to $30M+.

You will be responsible for leading project teams from tender handover through to commissioning, practical completion and defects liability while ensuring outstanding safety, quality, commercial and client outcomes.

You will play a key role in developing future leaders within the business while mentoring Project Managers, Engineers and Site Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of major Defence, Infrastructure and Tier 1 electrical projects

Manage project financial performance, forecasting and profitability

Oversee procurement strategy and subcontractor engagement

Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships

About You

You are a proven electrical project leader who thrives in complex environments and has a track record of successfully delivering large‑scale projects.

Minimum 8+ years Project Management experience within electrical construction

Experience working on Tier 1, Defence, Major Infrastructure and Industrial projects

Strong commercial and contractual management capability

Proven leadership of multidisciplinary project teams

Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities

Strong understanding of Australian Standards and WHS legislation
