Job summary

Astrum Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of major electrical construction projects in Sydney. You will oversee projects from commencement through handover, coordinating design, engineering, procurement and site delivery.

The role requires a track record in managing $15m+ electrical packages, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and a background in electrical trades or engineering within commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing electrical construction projects
• Experience delivering electrical packages valued at $15m+
• Experience with Tier 1 builders in major projects
• Strong budgeting, programme and client management
• Background in commercial/health/education or similar

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major electrical construction projects
• Manage electrical packages typically valued at $15m–$30m
• Coordinate with Tier 1 builders and project teams
• Oversee programme, costs, cash flow, variations and procurement
• Foster relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders
• Guide design, engineering, procurement and site delivery
• Manage risks and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery
• Support NSW Commercial Construction growth
