South32 in Queensland's Cannington region is seeking a Senior Project Lead Electrical to direct a program of EIC capital and operational works, guiding teams from concept through handover.

This permanent role offers a 4/3 roster with FIFO from Townsville or Brisbane. You will champion safety, manage budgets and schedules, and build strong partnerships to deliver safe, cost-effective, fit-for-purpose outcomes.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Extensive project leadership experience within brownfield resources environments.
• Proven oversight of large, concurrent project portfolios and complex priorities.
• Strong EIC technical knowledge with remote project delivery experience.
• Effective stakeholder, team and supplier leadership across project lifecycles.

Responsabilidades

• Champion a safe culture aligned with South32 values and critical controls.
• Govern tollgate submissions, project changes and framework compliance.
• Control budgets, schedules, cash flow, risks and monthly program reports.
• Build stakeholder partnerships and support a high-performing project team.
