You will lead a program of EIC capital and operational works, guiding project teams to deliver safe, cost‑effective outcomes from concept through handover and close‑out.

• Extensive project leadership experience within brownfield resources environments.
• Proven oversight of large, concurrent project portfolios and complex priorities.
• Strong EIC technical knowledge, with remote project delivery experience.
• Effective stakeholder, team and supplier leadership across project lifecycles.

Responsabilidades

• Champion a safe culture aligned with South32 values and critical controls.
• Govern tollgate submissions, project changes and framework compliance.
• Control budgets, schedules, cash flow, risks and monthly program reports.
