Qualifications

• Hold a recognised Electrical Engineering degree and manual driver’s licence.
• Bring extensive capital project management experience in a mining environment.
• Professional body membership is valued but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a capable site electrical projects team.
• Support cross-functional teams in project delivery and commissioning.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across technical and operational teams.
• Resolve long-standing site issues through innovative engineering solutions.
• Own project budgets and timelines with autonomy and accountability.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards across all projects.
