Job summary

GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary Engineering Team in Ascot, WA. You will deliver project design and execution across mineral processing plants, leading technical input and ensuring compliant change control and documentation standards.

You will collaborate across disciplines, mentor colleagues, and play a leadership role within the team on diverse mining projects across Australia, with regular site visits as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) is required.
• 6+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Proven capability in digital engineering tools and a thorough understanding of 3D CAD modelling.
• Experience leading technical input into projects and working with major mining clients to Australian standards.
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Current National Police clearance.
• White Card.
• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Project design and execution for mineral processing plants.
• Provide specialist engineering expertise and ensure robust change control processes and documentation standards are followed.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to produce high-quality project deliverables for technically complex designs.
• Provide mentoring and act as a leader within the Engineering team.
