Job summary

GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead site teams across major mineral processing projects in Australia. You will report to the Construction Manager, overseeing planning, safety, quality, and budget adherence on site.

The role requires an Electrical Trade certificate, state licences, 5+ years’ supervision experience, and current First Aid/CPR. FIFO rosters and competitive hourly rates are offered.

Qualifications

• Electrical trades background with supervisor experience on mineral processing plants.
• Must hold relevant state electrical licences and S26 training.
• Current First Aid with CPR & LVR and a valid Driver's Licence.
• National Police clearance within 6 months and ability to pass pre-employment medical.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safe work practices and ensure personnel are trained and supported to meet HSE standards.
• Keep project on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise workmanship and quality; oversee construction to meet GRES standards.
• Lead by example in Safe Work Practices and conduct daily pre-start and toolbox safety meetings.
• Identify hazards, implement controls, and participate in incident management and investigations.
• Coach and assess competency; ensure site personnel comply with safety, health, and environmental requirements.
