Job summary

WSP in Sydney seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for building services across Tier 1 projects. You will manage small to medium design packages within larger programmes, driving quality, schedule and cost outcomes. You will build client relationships and contribute to growing the Building Services team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10+ years’ experience on Australian building services projects.
• Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong client relationship management and project management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC)

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical design leadership on single and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Lead small to medium-sized engineering design packages and support larger projects.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, authorities, and internal teams.
• Deliver best practices to save time and reduce costs without compromising quality.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Support development and growth of the Building Services team.
