Job summary

Core Talent is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Melbourne to lead electrical building services design across a portfolio of commercial projects. You will drive lighting, power, communications and distribution designs and coordinate with clients, consultants and project teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality documentation.

You will guide junior engineers and contribute to the ongoing development of the engineering team within a dynamic, multi-sector environment including

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience in electrical building services engineering is required.
• Strong experience in electrical design and delivery across commercial building projects.
• Proficiency with AGI32 and PowerCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical building services design across commercial projects.
• Deliver designs including lighting, power, communications and electrical distribution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and project teams throughout design and delivery.
• Oversee design documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Contribute to project planning and engineering team development.
