Job summary

Aurizon Network is seeking an experienced Electrical Asset Management Leader to shape lifecycle strategies and investment decisions for the Central Queensland Coal Network's Electrical and Control Systems assets. You will lead a specialist team, drive engineering standards and balance safety, reliability and whole-of-life costs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading asset management teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of infrastructure operations, design, maintenance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a specialist team, building capability and supporting the delivery of high-quality asset management outcomes.
• Shape engineering standards and drive safe, consistent and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement, evaluating emerging technologies to improve engineering, operational and business performance.
• Provide technical assurance, engineering quality and RPEQ certification under your direction
