• Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures.
• 3+ years of experience with electric propulsion technologies through design or test.

Responsibilities

• Impact propulsion system design, development, and production, including propellant storage, thruster design, system architecture, and propulsion avionics requirements.
• Perform detailed system performance and risk analyses to support design trades and risk mitigation plans.
• Approve changes in design, test, and systems engineering artifacts and flight concepts of operations.
• Identify and assess technical risks based on data from development, production, and flight operations.
• Support test execution for development, validation, and risk assessments in large vacuum chambers.
• Define test plans, requirements, and procedures for in-flight responses to off-nominal scenarios.
• Support root-cause investigations with multidisciplinary teams.
