Job summary

Everi Pty in Canberra, ACT, is seeking a Senior Election Security and Operations Officer to strengthen election security and coordinate command centre activities within the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC).

You will work with the Command Centre and Protective Security team to support security preparedness, incident management and operational coordination across election delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering operational, project or security-related outcomes in a complex environment.
• Ability to manage complex tasks and enquiries with sound judgement.
• Ability to analyse information and provide timely advice, reports or briefings.
• Experience applying processes, frameworks or policies to ensure outcomes.
• Ability to work with limited direction and meet deadlines.

• Experience supporting election operations, major events or large-scale service delivery.
• Familiarity with command centre, situational awareness or incident management environments.

• Exposure to protective security functions.
• Knowledge of Australian electoral processes and AEC operations.
