Egis is seeking a Senior Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (EI&C) Engineer to join our Water Infrastructure team in Brisbane. You will lead EI&C design and delivery across planning, design, construction support and commissioning, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on local and national projects.

You will mentor junior engineers, develop control system architectures using PLCs, SCADA and RTUs, and help ensure safety, reliability and performance of critical water infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Control Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering EI&C engineering projects in consulting, utility, contractor or infrastructure environments.
• Experience preparing electrical design documentation including calculations, reports, drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of control systems including PLCs, SCADA, RTUs, instrumentation and industrial networks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to technical quality, safety and client service.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and supporting project delivery teams.

Aufgaben

• Deliver technically excellent EI&C engineering solutions for water infrastructure projects.
• Produce and review calculations, load schedules, schematics, datasheets and reports.
• Develop and review control system architectures with PLCs, RTUs, HMIs and SCADA.
• Support design, configuration, integration and commissioning of control systems.
• Manage or lead small to medium projects within multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance to meet standards.
• Contribute to Safety in Design and promote safe construction and operation.
• Build client relationships through proactive project delivery.
• Support bids, tenders and business development.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and grow technical capability.
