Wesley Out of School Hours Care (Wesley Mission) is seeking a Senior Educator (2IC) to work at Riverstone Public School. The role supports daily operations, mentors staff, and helps deliver engaging, play-based programs within a trusted community service.

You will collaborate closely with the Service Coordinator, families, and school staff while upholding child safety standards and professional boundaries in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership ability and ability to mentor Educators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations alongside the Service Coordinator.
• Lead the team in the absence of the coordinator.
• Mentor Educators and build strong relationships with families and school staff.
• Contribute to planning and delivery of engaging, play-based programs.
