Job summary

Guppy’s Early Learning Centre in Frenchville is seeking a part-time Senior Educator to join a supportive team. You will provide high-quality care, promote children's learning and help them develop key skills in a play-based setting.

The role requires a Diploma (or enrolment), a Blue Card, and First Aid/CPR and Asthma qualifications, with a passion for children and ability to work autonomously or with others.

Qualifications

• Diploma or actively enrolling in Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Blue Card required.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma qualifications are required or obtainable.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Quality Framework.
• Knowledge of current Regulation and Accreditation guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Passion for children and their development.

Skills and Experience

• Holds Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or willing to enrol
• Current Blue Card
