Job summary

Bytewize Consulting is seeking highly experienced IT professionals to support the Department of Education through the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP) in Victoria. Roles can be contract, casual, or permanent.

These are not entry-level positions; candidates must have at least 5 years of industry experience, including TSSP experience or education-sector ICT, and will manage ICT infrastructure in schools and support staff and students.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of senior IT experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering ICT infrastructure in education settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
