Job summary

iSelect is seeking a Senior Editor to lead our writing team and raise the standard of iSelect’s digital content.

You will personally copyedit and substantively edit complex long-form content, identify weaknesses, and develop a team that produces stronger content with less intervention. You’ll work with SEO, Brand, Marketing, Commercial and Compliance to balance discoverability, accuracy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience across professional editorial environments, including at least 5 years in substantive editing roles.

Responsibilities

• Copyedit and substantively edit complex long-form content.
• Explain editorial decisions clearly and set quality expectations for writers.
