LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Content Manager to lead a team of editors within Core Content, ensuring quality, currency and adherence to editorial standards across looseleaf, newsletters and reference content.

The role involves budget ownership, performance reporting and serving as an escalation point for author management, with a focus on driving efficiencies, process improvements and responsible GenAI adoption in workflows.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent (legal preferred).
• Computer literacy essential.
• Experience with publishing workflow from idea conception to customer delivery.
• 3+ years publishing experience across multiple teams.
• Strong leadership and budget management skills.
• Demonstrated product management experience and market awareness.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Core Content team to maintain quality and currency of content.
• Define team priorities and provide guidance and training; support best practices.
• Manage budgets and report on performance for forecasting and annual budgets.
• Collaborate with operational teams to streamline editorial processes and leverage GenAI where appropriate.
• Mentor leaders and develop management capabilities within the department.
• Ensure content quality and timely updates across portfolios.
