Job summary

Pool Party is seeking a Senior Creative (Post-Production Lead) to work 2–3 days/week through the end of 2026, with a pathway to a full-time role in 2027. Edit across the slate: hero films, cutdowns and paid social, owning a cut from selects through to final delivery, while collaborating with the Head of Post to help manage the studio.

Qualifications

• Senior-level editor with a cinematic, brand-led portfolio (hospitality, fashion, sport, lifestyle a plus).
• Self-managing and fast with the ability to carry multiple jobs and hit deadlines without hand-holding.
• Ideally comfortable directing and producing, not edit-only.

Responsibilities

• Edit across the slate: hero films, cutdowns and paid social. Own a cut from selects through to final delivery.
• Work alongside the Head of Post to manage the studio
• Produce and direct on select shoots, from pre-production through to the edit
• Bring a strong creative point of view to the edit, beyond technical assembly
• Help set the post workflow and quality bar as the team scales
