Job summary

Motion Bound Pictures is a Sydney-based content and production company specialising in construction, events, social media content and real estate. We’re seeking a Lead Video & Photo Editor to own the post-production department, edit hands-on, and later lead a growing team.

The role is full-time and based in Kellyville, NSW, with a focus on quality control, colour grading, and mentoring editors. You’ll work closely with the Production Manager on scheduling and delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience editing video and photography for multiple formats.
• Strong colour grading skills with consistency across cameras.
• Experience reviewing and guiding other editors.

Responsibilities

• Edit professional video content using Premiere Pro and AE where required.
• Edit photography with Lightroom/Photoshop and AI tools as needed.
• QC deliverables before client delivery and maintain standards.
• Manage local, freelance and offshore editors and provide feedback.
• Develop editing workflows, templates and training for the team.
• Coordinate with Production Manager to meet deadlines.
