Job summary

You will assist the Unit Manager with planning, coordination of services, and change management, while contributing to teaching, mentoring and the ongoing development of clinical portfolios to maintain high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proficient, person-centred clinical care in the ED and oversee patient flow and team activities.
• Assist Unit Manager in management, planning, and coordination of services, support change management and problem resolution.
• Participate in clinical teaching and mentoring; foster a learning culture and maintain professional portfolios.
• Contribute to clinical audits, quality improvement projects, or research to enhance care outcomes.
